This Privacy Policy explains how the Public Organization “La Strada-Ukraine” (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”, “organization”) collects, uses and protects information when you interact with our official Facebook and Instagram pages through the integrated support platform.

1. What data do we collect?

When you contact us via Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct, we automatically receive the following basic data from the Meta platform:

  • Your public first and last name (or profile nickname).

  • Your unique user identifier (ID) in the Meta system.

  • The text, media, and metadata of messages you send to us.

  • Information about whether the message was delivered and read.

We we do not collect your passwords, payment details, or information about your friends/followers.

2. How we use your data

The information collected is used exclusively for:

  • Providing you with timely answers, consultations and information support.

  • Saving the context of the dialogue to improve the quality of assistance during your repeated requests.

  • Ensuring the technical operation of our message processing system.

3. Data storage and protection

All messages received are routed and stored on our own secure server (in the Chatwoot system). We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss or disclosure.

4. Transfer of data to third parties

We guarantee the confidentiality of your requests. Your data are not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for marketing or any other commercial purposes.

Since communication occurs through Meta's (Facebook/Instagram) infrastructure, message processing is also governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Your rights and data deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your correspondence history from our servers at any time. To do this, simply write us a request directly in the chat or contact us by email.
