“Men's Psychological Support Line 2345”

Type of services:

Providing comprehensive creative and communication services for the development and implementation of an annual promotion strategy for the Men's Psychological Support Line 2345, including the launch of individual pages of the Line on social networks, the creation (restoration/content) of the website, and the implementation of advertising campaigns in digital, media, and outdoor environments.

Overall goal:

To increase the awareness of Line 2345 among men in Ukraine, to form a positive attitude towards seeking psychological help as a norm, a manifestation of maturity and self-care, and to lay a long-term foundation for the development of communication in 2026 through partnerships, advertising campaigns, and cooperation with the media.

Deadline for submission of tender offers:

From November 5 to November 25, 2025

The list of documents that must be provided:

• Tender proposal, including a list of the main types of services provided by the tenderer, indicating their standard cost and date of submission.
• Certificate of state registration and/or extract from the unified state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs and/or extract from the unified state register of enterprises, organizations and institutions (copy).
• Any other documents that will allow the Tender Committee to make a more informed decision.
• Certification of non-implementation of anti-corruption actions.
• Consent to the collection and processing of personal data.
