Since 2017, I have been practicing conflict resolution and implementing restorative practices in educational institutions and the community.
Since 2022, she has been a member of the National Mediation Network of the NGO “La Strada-Ukraine”.
I specialize in resolving conflicts among students, teachers, and parents, developing communication skills, establishing effective interaction between parents and the educational institution, creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, resolving conflicts related to cultural or social differences among students, and building relationships in the classroom.
