National coaching network Public organization "La Strada-Ukraine" (hereinafter "NTM") is a voluntary association of trainers who have undergone appropriate training and have the appropriate certification, share the values of the NGO "La Strada-Ukraine".

Activities of NTM

For the period 2000-2019, the coaching network carried out more than 28,881 preventive measures for more than 769,933 representatives of the target group.

NTM was created by the Public Organization "La Strada-Ukraine" (hereinafter - the "Organization") to prevent human trafficking, gender-based violence, in particular domestic violence, discrimination, violation of human rights, especially the rights of women and children, overcoming the consequences of military conflict, promoting peace building, etc. .
National coaching network (NTM) NGO "La Strada Ukraine" began its activity in 2000 in the field of combating human trafficking. By these years, more people joined the coaching family 360 trainers from such regions of Ukraine (Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zhytomyr, Zakarpattia, Zaporizhzhya, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Luhansk, Mykolaiv, Kyiv, Odesa, Poltava, Sumy, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Khmelnytsky, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, who have also attracted to their ranks at the local level of like-minded people and like-minded people.

NTM in its activities is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine,
The Law of Ukraine "On Public Associations", Laws of Ukraine and international documents ratified by Ukraine in accordance with the procedure established by law, the Statute of the Organization, the Code of Ethics of NTM, Regulations. The activity of NTM extends to the entire territory of Ukraine.

 

Ethical requirements for the trainer

Tolerance and non-discrimination. The trainer must respect the human dignity of the event participants and show equal attention and benevolence. There can be no privileges or restrictions in relation to the participants of events based on race, skin color, political, religious and other beliefs, sex, ethnic and social origin, sexual orientation and gender identity, property status, place of residence, language or other signs The trainer does not have the right to evaluate the behavior and views of the event participants.

Privacy. The trainer must keep confidential the personal information obtained during the activities from the participants. The requirement to preserve confidentiality does not apply to information about actions that threaten the life or health of event participants or third parties, as well as to other cases defined by law.

Voluntariness and self-determination
coach Trainer:

voluntarily participates in the organization and conduct of events;
- independently determines the areas of its specialization and the form of its organization
coaching activities in accordance with the requirements of the law.

Trainer's competence. Trainer:

- must be competent and have the necessary knowledge in
the field of activities;
- takes care of maintaining and improving his qualifications, in particular through exchange
experience with others
trainers, participation in supervision and interviews, self-education, etc.

Ethics of relations between coaches.

Relationships between coaches should be built on foundations
mutual respect, following all the basic principles of the coach's ethics.
