24-hour operation of the National Hotline for Children and Youth at Risk

From July 1, 2025, it is under threat 24-hour operation of the National Hotline for Children and Youth, which was provided for a long time with the support of UNICEF.
We are sincerely grateful to UNICEF for its many years of cooperation and support, thanks to which hundreds of thousands of children, adolescents and young people have had access to 24/7, qualified and anonymous support. In 2024 alone, we have already received 167,867 requests, of which 31% — at nightIt is at night that the most complex requests are received. Over 11 thousand of the appeals this year concerned suicidal thoughts, self-harm, fear and loneliness.
Now, especially in the context of a full-scale war, when psychological needs are becoming more and more common, we cannot leave children without support.
The La Strada – Ukraine team is doing everything possible to preserve 24/7 line operationBut now we are honest: without additional support, the continued 24/7 operation of the line is at risk.
We appeal to donors, businesses, and everyone who wants and has the opportunity to be with children: your support will mean that the child will be heard!
