Announcement of a tender for the provision of services for conducting an online survey among representatives of the police, prosecutor's office, judicial bodies and the free legal aid system

Type of services:

Providing services for conducting an online survey among representatives of the police, prosecutor's office, judicial bodies, and the free legal aid system (hereinafter referred to as project stakeholders).

Description of services:

conducting an online survey among representatives of the police, prosecutor's office, judicial bodies and the free legal aid system to determine their level of awareness of the possibilities for children to access justice in administrative and criminal cases under Articles 173-2 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and 126-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, as well as analyzing barriers that may prevent them from exercising their right to judicial protection as children.

Conducting an online survey will involve:

• Development and approval of online questionnaires with the Customer;
• Sending online questionnaires to representatives of the police, prosecutor's office, judicial bodies, and the free legal aid system;
• · Ensuring the conduct of the survey;
• Summarizing survey results into a single analytical document;
• Preparation of a consolidated analytical report in the part that will relate to the survey results.

Two service providers will be selected as part of this competition.

The list of documents that must be provided:

• Price proposal, in the form provided, including a list of the main types of services provided by the tenderer, indicating their standard cost.
• Certificate of state registration and/or extract from the unified state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs and/or extract from the unified state register of enterprises, organizations and institutions (copy).
• Any other documents that will allow the Tender Committee to make a more informed decision.
• Certification of non-implementation of anti-corruption actions.
• Consent to the collection and processing of personal data.
