The list of documents that must be provided:
  • Price proposal, including a list of the main types of services to be provided by the tenderer, indicating their standard cost and date of submission. It is advisable to use a template.
  • Certificate of state registration and/or extract from the unified state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs and/or extract from the unified state register of enterprises, organizations and institutions (copy).
  • Certification of non-implementation of anti-corruption actions.
  • Consent to the collection and processing of personal data.
  • Any other documents that will allow the Tender Committee to make a more informed decision.
Applications for participation are accepted:

in electronic form to the address: tender@la-strada.org.ua, in printed form to the postal address: 03113, Kyiv, P.O. Box 26, NGO "La Strada-Ukraine", by courier delivery with the mark "Tender" to the address: 03062, Kyiv, Beresteyskyi Avenue, 71/2, office 32 or through the online electronic document management service "Vchasno", and submit a tender proposal (it is advisable to use the tender proposal form provided in the appendix) in accordance with the goals set in the technical task for tender participants.
