Self-defense courses for women and girls with reviews

During the course, women and girls practiced specific situations in cases where an attack occurs in the entrance of a house, in an elevator, in public transport or on a stairwell. Two groups have already completed the training and shared the following feedback with us:

- liked it a lot! thank you, looking forward to the next one!

— thank you very much for this course! This is really important for every woman. Of course, situations are different, but at least a little understanding of what, how and where is the first step.

— the trainer is very cool and with each lesson it becomes more and more interesting and informative!

— It was cool, although, of course, mixed feelings due to simulation of possible situations and thoughts about them. but I am glad that there is an opportunity to practice, to talk about different strategies, to listen to the experiences of others. Already after the first lesson, I feel that I have a little, but better idea of how to orient myself in certain situations and what to pay attention to. I am thinking of buying a personal alarm system. I had never heard of such a method of self-defense before. although he seems very comfortable and intelligent. Thank you!
