Recently, staff NGO “La Suffering–Ukraine" and members/member of the National coaching and mediation networks have undergone planned trainings on sexual violence prevention operation and maintenance (ZSEN), aimed at strengthening internal safety standards, improving ethical interaction with the organization's beneficiaries and evaluating performance organization of obligations regarding Safeguarding and PSEA.
Participants and participants trainings actualized available knowledge of phenomena SEN, got acquainted with relevant statistical data of commission SEN staff of UN organizations and UN implementing partners, and also updated knowledge of response mechanisms for SEN cases and referral procedures injured persons.
Maintaining high standards of work, zero tolerance for any manifestations violence and building trust among the organization's partners and beneficiaries is always were and remain one of the most important priorities for the NGO “La Strada–Ukraine"
