[Completed] Tender announcement for the provision of services for the external evaluation of project implementation

Type of services:

Providing services for the external evaluation of the implementation of the project "Prevention of gender-based violence, human trafficking and violation of children's rights", which is implemented with the support of the donor organization "Bread for the World".

The main tasks of the external project evaluation:

• Assess the impact of the project on the knowledge, skills, attitudes and behavior of beneficiaries.
• Analyze the factors that influenced the effectiveness of implementation.
• Analyze the project's internal monitoring and evaluation system and provide recommendations for its improvement.
• Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the project.
• Provide strategic recommendations for improving future activities in similar areas.

The implementation period of the project to be evaluated:

January 1, 2023 – April 2025

Required qualifications:

• higher education in social sciences, political science or other related fields
• experience in conducting research and evaluating projects, including those funded by international donors;
• experience working with public organizations;
• Knowledge of international standards (DAC Criteria for Evaluation) will be considered an added advantage;
• excellent analytical, presentation and reporting skills;
• Fluency in Ukrainian (oral and written), knowledge of English is desirable.

The list of documents that must be provided:

• Tender proposal, including a list of the main types of services provided by the tenderer, indicating their standard cost and date of submission. 
• Certificate of state registration and/or extract from the unified state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs and/or extract from the unified state register of enterprises, organizations and institutions (copy).
• A signed certificate of non-corruption.
• Signed consent form for personal data processing.
• Any other documents that will allow the Tender Committee of the NGO "La Strada - Ukraine" to make a more informed decision. (Resume, portfolio, letters of recommendation, sample reports from previous assessments, copies of documents confirming education - diplomas or certificates of the appropriate level, etc.)
