Type of services:

Providing services to monitor the level of awareness of adults regarding the possibility of being held accountable for domestic violence against children by contacting the National Hotline for the Prevention of Domestic Violence, Human Trafficking, and Gender Discrimination and completing an online questionnaire.

Description of services:

Monitoring on the National Hotline for the Prevention of Domestic Violence, Human Trafficking and Gender Discrimination will include:

• development and approval of a monitoring questionnaire with the Customer;
• monitoring the National Hotline for the Prevention of Domestic Violence, Human Trafficking, and Gender Discrimination by analyzing questionnaires filled out by consultants based on the results of their applications, as well as questionnaires filled out based on the results of their publications on the Customer's social networks;
• generalization of monitoring results into a single analytical document;
• preparation of a consolidated analytical report in the part related to monitoring of the National Hotline for the Prevention of Domestic Violence, Human Trafficking and Gender Discrimination.

The list of documents that must be provided:

• Price proposal, in the form provided, including a list of the main types of services provided by the tenderer, indicating their standard cost.
• Certificate of state registration and/or extract from the unified state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs and/or extract from the unified state register of enterprises, organizations and institutions (copy).
• Any other documents that will allow the Tender Committee to make a more informed decision.
• Certification of non-implementation of anti-corruption actions.
• Consent to the collection and processing of personal data.
