Type of services:

Providing services for monitoring court decisions in administrative and criminal cases regarding prosecution for domestic violence against children after the entry into force of amendments to national legislation aimed at implementing the standards of the Istanbul Convention.

Description of services:

Monitoring of court decisions will include:

• development and approval of the monitoring methodology with the Customer;
• monitoring within the time limits specified by the Customer;
• summarizing monitoring results into a single analytical document
• preparation of a consolidated analytical report in the part related to the monitoring of court decisions.

The list of documents that must be provided:

• Price proposal, in the form provided, including a list of the main types of services provided by the tenderer, indicating their standard cost.
• Certificate of state registration and/or extract from the unified state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs and/or extract from the unified state register of enterprises, organizations and institutions (copy).
• Any other documents that will allow the Tender Committee to make a more informed decision.
• Certification of non-implementation of anti-corruption actions.
• Consent to the collection and processing of personal data.
