NGO "La Strada-Ukraine" shares professional experience with representatives of the network of non-governmental organizations of Uzbekistan
Representatives of the Network of Non-Governmental Organizations of Uzbekistan adopted the experience of the NGO "La Strada-Ukraine".
In particular, regarding the activities of national "hot" lines and national networks.
Since 1997, the public organization "La Strada-Ukraine" provides the work of the National "hotline" for the prevention of domestic violence, human trafficking and gender discrimination. Over many years of work, we have accumulated considerable experience, which we are ready to share with others.
Representatives of the Network of Non-Governmental Organizations of Uzbekistan during the meeting with the NGO "La Strada-Ukraine" learned about the peculiarities of the work of "hot" lines, the risks we face in our work, and future prospects. And also about two networks of the NGO "La Strada - Ukraine". In particular, the National Coaching Network, which started its activities in 2000, and the National Mediator Network, which has been fruitfully working since 2015.
Over the years, members of both networks have completed the training program implemented by the NGO "La Strada - Ukraine" and have the appropriate certification, which helps them implement peacebuilding in the temporarily occupied territories and other regions of Ukraine.
Useful information for exchange with partners was the experience of attracting and developing the resources of the national coaching network and regional partners in the activities of non-governmental organizations. This is an experience we are proud of.
Also, recently, together with the president of the NGO "La Strada - Ukraine" Olga Kalashnyk representatives of the Network of Non-Governmental Organizations of Uzbekistan met with the Office of the Government Commissioner for Gender Policy and representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
